At Freedom Mane, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please review our return and exchange policy below.
Returns
We accept returns up to 14 days after purchase under the following conditions:
- Product must be sealed and unused
- Product must be in its original packaging
- All original labels and seals must be intact
Please note: We cannot accept returns on opened or used products due to the nature of our grooming products.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives broken or defective, we will gladly exchange it or provide a full refund. However, you must report any damaged items within 3 days of delivery.
To report a damaged item, please contact us immediately with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
